Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING:
Free shipping in Australia for all items less than 10kg.
Medical Device Technologies do ship to Oceania countries and shipping costs are discussed and
agreed in each circumstance.
Australia Post is used for all items below 10kg standard delivery. We will only use other postal
services if Australia Post can not deliver in a reasonable timeframe.
If orders received prior to 3pm on a business day goods will be shipped within 48 hours.
Once goods are sent you will be received tracking information.
Items above 10kg will be discussed with the buyer options and final billing agreed.
Goods can be picked up at Medical Device Technologies by appointment only.

RETURNS:
If you have a problem or need assistance with any item you have already purchase please email us
at info@medicaldevicetechnologes.com.au or call us on 1300 723 769 and we will endeavour to
assist you.
Refunds or replacement of faulty or damaged equipment will be applied when Medical Device
Technologies has been notified by phone or email detail the nature of the fault or damage. All claims
will be subject assessment of the fault or damage to the product by Medical Device Technologies or
manufacturer. These assessments will also be subject to manufacturer warranty conditions. Once
ana assessment has been made it will be determined with a suitable solution can be provided or
refund provided.
Medical Device Technologies will provide refund on goods below $1000 which are returned within 14
days, are unopened and in original packing. A 20% restocking fee will apply. If the product has been
used and unpackaged or used there will be no refunds, exchanges maybe given at our discretion
however a restock fee of 20% will be incurred for items below $1000. This is due to Health
Regulations and COVID 19. Shipping costs are not refundable.
It should be noted that all items damaged by the purchase through negligence will not be covered as
warranty. In the event goods are returned and it is determined that the damage is not warranty
related a quote will be provided to repair the goods to the buyer for approval prior to repair of goods.
